YD3200-KC Hybrid Printer adopts 4-8 pcs original imported Konica KM2014i print head (6+1 or CMYK*2) , it can print any rigid or flexible materials which the print thickness is within 50mm and the width is no more than 3200mm. One printer, two functions. Can both print on roller and flat materials, the print speed is up to 120 sqm/h.

1. One printer, two functions. YD3200-KC hybrid printer can print on both roller and flat materials.

2.Gray level Konica-1024(14pl 45kHz) industrial print head with internal heating function, printing width of 72mm at one time, widely used in UV printing field. The ultra-thin and space-saving print head make the printer more exquisite, improve the printing quality as well. Staggered placing seven pieces of Konica head, not only make sure the high resolution but also the high speed, the ink droplets are more intensive, 8 color optional printing, the colors are brighter and richer.

3. UV LED lamp for UV curing system. The UV LED light cures UV inks fastly, achieving immediately ink drying during printing process, even for ink absorbing materials like textiles.

4. High resolution metal magnetic scale:1um high resolution, accurate print head positioning, no mistake.

5. Automatic materials thickness measurement: Automatically measure the thickness of material, precise, time and labor saving.

6. Constant tension control: Ensure stable and reliable roll materials printing.

7. Constant- pressure vacuum table: The strong and regional controlling absorption features can ensure the material not warp; keep the high quality of printing.

8. Automatic media positioning device: Make the material position more accurate.

9. Function of Anti-collision automatically:The carriage can stop working automatically when collides with the media, so as to protect the carriage and print head.
