1. Adopting high-speed industrial Kyocera KJ4A print heads

Kyocera KJ4A is a industrial print head featured internal heating system to keep the constancy of ink viscosity. With 30KHZ ignition frequency, 4pl droplet printing, it delivers a high print resolution up to 635×2400dpi. With printing width of 112.35mm, this low-fault print head can print over 1 billion droplets per second, especially suitable for large-area panels and roll medium. Equipped with Kyocera KJ4A heads, this hybrid UV LED flatbed printer delivers very stunning printing results.

2.Adopting metal-made mute dual rail

The YD-H3200KJ hybrid large format UV printer adopts metal-made mute dual rail, which is more durable and stable, meeting the needs of fast movement.

3.Constant tension control

With the constant tension control function, it can protect media from wrinkling when performing roll to roll UV printing.

4.Double negative pressure system

Separately control the negative pressure value of white ink and color inks, which have difference viscosity and gravity with each other. It effectively prevents the occurrence of ink drop phenomenon during the printing process.
