With the development of UV curable ink technology, digital UV inkjet print on super-smooth surfaces like glass is also becoming more feasible. But it is not a simple one-step process, for the adhesion of UV printing inks will be slightly weaker when it jet on the smooth surfaces. Firstly, when UV ink-jet printing on hard-to-print surfaces, such as glass, adhesion promoters are generally required, which can also improve the durability of images printed. It should be noted that the excessive adhesion promoter should be wiped as soon as possible after the digital inkjet printing, or else it will be more difficult to remove. You can use isopropyl alcohol, but be careful not to erase the image just printed.
 
Secondly, ensure that white ink is able to match with the color inks, and they will have the same speed of contraction and expansion with the passage of time. If the white printing ink and the color inks can not match with each other, it will lead to printing ink failure of the image printed on the glass.
 
In addition, we should clean the glass thoroughly, and set the vacuum amount of the digital printer table to the highest setting.
