DPES Sign & LED Expo China is held every year, which shows a complete production of advertising system, including high-end brand products such as flatbed UV, inkjet print, digital printer, LED light source etc. In 2017, It will showcase the most advanced technology, equipment and consumables, and YOTTA is on the list.

On DPES Sign & LED Expo China 2017, YOTTA will show our commendable UV printing machines, of which two are to be newly introduced recently.

1.YD-F2513R4-35 heightening UV flatbed printing machine

Adopting industrial Ricoh Gen4 print heads which are based on variable ink droplet technology, YD-F2513R4-35 directly prints on various of flat materials up to 340mm thick. Plus a series of functions for easier printing, it is specially suitable to print signs on bottles and packaging boxes.

2.YD-F2513R5 UV flatbed printer

YD-F2513R5 flatbed printer employs Ricoh Gen5 printheads with internal heating system, greatly facilitating the maintenance of the nozzles. With the print resolution of 2400×600dpi, it delivers bright and colorful patterns on printed media. It can print on rigid and flexible materials as large as 2500×1300mm. YD-F2513R5 supports copy printing and regional printing, to facilitate the batch printing of small graphic and sampling printing of big graphic, meeting the production needs of large order.

3.YD-F2513KJ flatbed inkjet printer（new）

This machine is introduced newly. It use industrial high-speed Kyocera print heads which can eject 40 thousand ink drops with one nozzle, 100 million ink drops in total per second. YD-F2513KJ flatbed UV printer has a very long service life, suitable for various industries.

4.YD-F3020R5 large format flatbed printer

YD-F3020R5 printer has a large print size of 3000×2000mm. With UV LED lamp for curing system, this direct-to-object printer can print onto a variety of materials, such as ceramic tiles, glass, wood, plastic, metal, etc. It can automatically measure the thickness of the media, reducing the chance of error.

5.YD-H3200R5 hybrid inkjet printer

This UV printing machine is the combination of flatbed printer and coil printer, can both print on flat and coiled substrates. It is a high-resolution machine specially designed for middle and small printing companies. The characteristic of variable droplet printing and high print resolution of 600 X 2400 dpi allow YD-H3200R5 to produce fine and colorful patterns.

6.YD-H3200KJ UV hybrid printer（new）

The printer guarantees a resolution of 635 X 2400 dpi, delivering realistic photo quality directly onto the glass, PVC, ceramic and many other types of substrates. With internal heating function, it maintain a constant viscosity of UV inks, to improve the printing quality.
