1.Divided vacuum table:
The YD1810-KD has a powerful vacuum table that can be divided into zones, and it is conducive to handling heavy and large substrate or removing them from the table, which saves labor and develops efficiency during the production at some extent.

2. Print head collision detection
This function enables the printer to avoid minor or major contact between the print head and substrates. Minor head strikes can cause nozzle dropout which results in banding or unusable output, while severe head strikes can damage the head and sometimes the printer itself. So this print head collision detection can well protect the print head during printing process.

3. Emergency back-up power supply:
When the computer power is turned off suddenly, the printer can still maintain the normal operation of negative pressure system, and it will be engaged in work quickly once the power is turned on. The 24 hours*7 days production can be achieved.

4. Automatic measurement of media thickness:
The printer automatically senses the thickness of media, which eliminate the procedure that we measure thickness by ourselves. What's more, this also adds some humane elements to the production since it saves our time and reduces one of the miscellaneous procedures of conventional printing as well as improves our work efficiency.

5. The negative pressure system:
It helps the printer to supply ink smoothly in the production process, even at high speed printing mode. It also makes the cleaning and purging of ink become more stable and expedient.

6. Layout Pins:
In previous days, when placing media on the flatbed of the printer, we have to be very careful to correctly align the media. The layout pins of our printer now can eliminate this inconvenience. With pins we can hold the print media in place to prevent shifting during the whole printing process.
